    Scott is an accomplished and sought-after speaker, executive facilitator, author and senior organizational strategist.

    He is most known for his ability to implement full-scale, long-term people strategies across a wide spectrum of industries and geographies. His approach is based on three strategic pillars that he believes are critical components for sustained success: include, engage and innovate.

    The early part of Scott’s career was in the financial services industry and consisted of a variety of leadership roles in sales, operations and corporate strategic planning. These experiences at Bank One (now Chase) provide a foundation for his business acumen in strategy, operational excellence and sound financial management. Prior to starting inQUEST, Scott served in Senior Executive roles in three diversity and inclusion consulting organizations: President, The Kaleidoscope Group; Global D&I Practice Head, The Capital H Group; and Vice President, Lambert & Associates.

    Scott’s education at Indiana University in Speech Communication coupled with his leadership and involvement in their award winning Speech Team became an early practice ground for his success as a speaker today. His practical, “keep it real,” and often humorous approach to complex topics is engaging for all levels of an organization.

    To assist his direct client work Scott is certified in a number of assessment instruments such as Hogan, Lominger and The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).

    Scott also sits on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Sinfonietta—which is known as the world’s most diverse orchestra. Additionally, he is on the Steering Committee for AbilityLinks—a National job bank working to connect employers with job seekers with disabilities.

    An expert HR and organizational development professional, Gloria has over 25 years of experience working with corporate, non-profit, union, non-union and government entities.

    She is committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations create and sustain environments where all people can be and do their best.

    Gloria is highly respected and much sought after for her work as an instructional designer and master facilitator. She has covered a wide array of topics including leadership, diversity & inclusion, unconscious bias, privilege, multi-culturalism, harassment and discrimination, EEO and AA laws, team building, communications, career and life coaching and performance management, and giving performance feedback across lines of difference (e.g., style, generations, gender, sexual orientation, religion and spirituality, chronic illness and disabilities). She also serves clients as a mediator and collaborator for leveraging conflict for synergistic outcomes that honor all stakeholders.

    Gloria has experience working for professional organizations such as the American Society for Training and Development and the Human Resources Management Association Committee – Training & Development Subcommittee. She is active in her community, working with the Double E Program for high school students as well as Project Equal where she is a past board member.

    Gloria graduated from Loyola University Chicago where she received a B.S. in psychology. She holds both MBTI and SOCIAL STYLE certification, among other credentials.

    David Stone

    David’s vast experience as an attorney, HR consultant, mediator, trainer, and facilitator enables clients to engage authentically, align strategically, and move forward purposefully.

    As a subject matter expert on specific dimensions of diversity, including race, gender, generations, and sexual orientation, David’s current work is focused on diversity and inclusion, executive leadership and management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.

    In addition to his unique professional perspective, David is sought after for workshops and dialogue sessions most often for his engaging style that emphasizes empathy and intellectual rigor, coupled with a good amount of levity and humor. He has the recognition of being the 2007 Trainer of the Year for his work with the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago, where he also founded and served as the executive vice-president of Chicago Jewish Day School.

    David graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in American Studies from Brandeis University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

    Before joining inQUEST, Karen worked as a talent development consultant at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), focusing on the strategy, identification and development of high potential talent. She has also served as an external consultant and facilitator with Capital H Group, Kaleidoscope Group and BPI Group in the diversity and inclusion and leadership development spaces.

    Her diverse range of external partnership experience includes clients in the following industries: Insurance, Finance, Advertising, Health Care, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Education and Manufacturing.

    Karen is a proud Associate Board Member of the Chicago Sinfonietta, an experiential orchestra dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion and innovative programming. She attended Kansas State University for her undergraduate work and holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Chicago’s Roosevelt University.

    Keyonda Gallardo

    Keyonda brings a strong background and expertise in the arenas of D&I, Talent Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.

    Her role is to partner with clients to thoroughly understand core business needs and provide customized solutions to resolve key challenges and improve business results. Additionally, Keyonda oversees the sales, training, and marketing processes for inQUEST’s Contineo D&I Game.

    Prior to joining inQUEST, Keyonda worked in the Consulting and Financial Services industries. Most recently she led the OD/OE and Talent Management functions for a Chicago-based bank. Additional duties included providing strategic support to the executive team and leading key change initiatives.

    Keyonda is a passionate advocate for the personal and professional development of underprivileged youth and women. She is an active member of the Young HR Leaders for the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC). In addition, she volunteers with non-profits and mentors young adults.

    Kelley provides strategic diversity, inclusion, executive coaching and talent management solutions to clients across a number of industry sectors.

    Previously the Chief Diversity Officer for JCPenney, Johnson was instrumental in linking business innovation with Inclusion and Diversity. Her leadership helped the retailer achieve strong rankings on the list of Top 50 Companies for Diversity by DiversityInc and the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index. She was also instrumental in helping the retailer achieve a 96% Net Promoter score for its college recruiting and retention programs.

    Prior to joining JCPenney, Kelley spent 11 years in the hospitality industry in a variety of leadership roles at Accor Hospitality, a global hotel company with operations in more than 90 countries. At Accor, Johnson was responsible for corporate communications, publicity, crisis management, corporate social responsibility, talent development, diversity management and university relations. She began her career working for boutique advertising agencies specializing in brand marketing and employment branding across a number
    of industries.

    Johnson is a HoganLead certified executive coach and a graduate of Texas Woman’s University. She has held strategic advisory roles with several organizations, including the Latino Leadership Initiative at SMU Cox School of Business, University of Houston’s Hospitality Industry Diversity Institute and the University of Florida’s Miller Retail Center. She is a member of the national board of directors for INROADS, a nonprofit organization transforming lives of underserved youth through corporate internships and leadership development.
