As a consultant, facilitator and coach to multiple Fortune 500 companies, she partners with clients as they evolve their diversity & inclusion strategy, supporting infrastructure and educational approach. Additionally, she helps executive teams navigate and embrace complex change related to M&A, organizational restructuring and cultural transformation.
Karen's clients value her insightful, passionate and holistic approach. Her keen attention to detail and unique ability to customize based upon each client’s needs position her to create meaningful experiences that resonate with global audiences. Her clients come from a myriad of industries, including technology, manufacturing, automotive, insurance, finance, advertising, healthcare, retail, pharmaceuticals and education.
Her prior work experience gives her a deep understanding of the challenges her clients face. Before joining inQUEST, Karen worked at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), focusing on talent development. She has also served as an external consultant and facilitator with Capital H Group, Kaleidoscope Group and BPI Group in the diversity & inclusion and leadership development spaces.
Karen is the proud parent of a four-year-old and is embracing her emerging identity as a working mom over the age of 40. She graduated from Kansas State University and holds a master’s in vocal performance from Chicago’s Roosevelt University.
